FMCSA Updates SMS Website

FMCSA has updated the SMS Website with the March 26, 2021 results. Complete SMS results are available to enforcement users and motor carriers that are logged into the SMS Website.

Read the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Monthly Report

FMCSA has released the February 2021 Clearinghouse Monthly Summary Report (PDF). This report includes information on Clearinghouse registrations, queries conducted, violations reported, and drivers in the return-to-duty process. This report and previous reports are available on the Clearinghouse Learning Center under “News and Events.”

If you have not yet done so, register for the Clearinghouse so you can meet your querying and reporting requirements.
