FMCSA Administrator Ferro Testifies Before Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure

On Wednesday, June 23, 2010 FMCSA Administrator Anne Ferro spoke before the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, Subcommittee on Highways and Transit, on CSA 2010: Understanding FMCSA’s New System of Motor Carrier Oversight. The Subcommittee received testimony from the Administrator, as well as representatives from the American Trucking Associations (ATA), the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA), and the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA).
