The initial public comment for FMCSA’s Safety Fitness Determination (SFD) Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) concludes Monday, May 23, 2016. For the 30-day period that follows, Reply Comments, in response to the initial public submissions, will be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Reply Comments must address only matters raised in initial public submissions and must NOT be used to present new arguments, contentions, or factual material not responsive to the initial public submissions. The deadline for submitting Reply Comments will be June 23, 2016.
