10.8 Arbitration Program Requirement

Household goods motor carriers must have an arbitration program for individual shippers to resolve disputes about property loss and damage and disputes about carrier charges. Household goods motor carriers must also establish and maintain an arbitration program with the 11 minimum elements found in 49 CFR 375.211.
