10.14 Bill of Lading Requirements

Before receiving a shipment of household goods from a shipper, the household goods motor carrier must prepare and issue a bill of lading that contains the terms and conditions of the contract. The bill of lading must also include the 17 items found in 49 CFR 375.505(b).
