10.2 Who must follow the Household Goods Transportation regulations?

Motor carriers engaged in the interstate transportation of household goods, must follow the regulations in 49 CFR 375.101 when offering household goods services to individual shippers. Interstate commerce is defined in 49 CFR 390.5.
